Kids! Get ready for party time. Our final activity for the Summer Library Program will feature Mo Willems’ irrepressible pigeon. Pigeon movie, pigeon games, pigeon crafts, pigeon snacks! It’s all Pigeon! The Pigeon Party will take place on Thursday, August 8th at 3 p.m.
If you don’t know the Pigeon, he is the star of some of the best books in the library: Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus, The Pigeon Finds a Hot Dog, Don’t Let the Pigeon Stay Up Late, and The Pigeon Wants a Puppy.
Keep reading those books and marking your reading logs. Summer isn’t over yet, and there are still prizes to be won. The Summer Reading Program will continue until school begins.
