Check out Library Park: June 5th 8:00am-1:00pm

Hey!, We’ve heard all over town -We’re having a Certified Farmers Market- Looks like they’re  having a Ribbon Cutting Cermony at 10:00am- Market opens at 8:00am- I can’t even write, the excitement of fresh fruit and veggies. Here at the Library we have a fantastic cookbook section: 641 – 641.865 -Even new library patrons who have moved from bigger towns and cities have raved about this collection.
Need to know how to make jams/jellies or canning tomatoes or just to make a hot or very mild salsa for chips- We have it here!
We have a couple of new cookbooks- soon to hit the new bookshelf:
“In the Green Kitchen” by Alice  Waters
“Jaime’s food revolution” by Jaime Oliver – I personally love this cookbook easy to follow- lots of visual pictures : a chopped salad section pg.120-125- gets ya hungry- what can you do with Asparagus, Broccoli, Cauiflower and more? a must read- yum! – So after you’ve gone to Farmers Market and filled up your Frig. -come by the library MWF: 11-6  T-Th:11-7 and check us out -We even have  some  mystery books by Joanne Fluke and Nancy Pickard to name a few – that have recipes in them -this is making me hungry!
So we’ll see ya at the market !
