The City of Orland is holding the Second Annual City of Orland Golf Tournament on Sunday, April 3, 2011 at the Glenn Golf and Country Club. Tee time is 9:00 am.
The fundraising event is to raise money for new library books at the Orland Free Library and the purchase of equipment for the Recreation Department.
This tournament is limited to 18 teams, four per team, and entry fee will be $75 per player or $300 per team. Prizes will be given to first, second and third, closest to the pin, longest drive and a hole-in-one (a car from R & R Sales).
For tournament players there will be hot dogs and potato chips on the course during play and a dinner will follow the tournament. Additionally, there will be a raffle with great prizes.

We are selling tickets for the raffle here at the Library 1 for $5 or 5 for $20.00.
First prize is a Tahoe vacation package valued at $300.00 [donated by Land Office Realty]
Second prize is a Gas BBQ valued at $250.00 [donated by Ace Hardware]
Third prize is $100.00 Cash [donated by Darrel Brock CPA]
All funds go for a good cause. So pick some up.
