Community Health Workers at the Library

Community Health Care Workers are available to assist individuals and families access health and social services. They act as a bridge between the community and healthcare systems, providing support, education, and advocacy, including help with healthcare, transportation, translation & interpretation, housing, food assistance, and other social services.

How can a CHW help you?

*Scheduling appointments and transporation.

*Connect you with community resources available through Glenn County.

*Assistance with translation and interpretation (English/Spanish).

*Assistance navigating applications, in person or online.
