Every third Thursday of the month is an activity day for kids at the library. This month the date is Thursday, February 21 at 3 p.m. Miss Nancy will have a puppet show in the children’s area, and lots of fun crafts to follow.
The puppet show is based on the folktale “Why the Bear Has a Stumpy Tail.” Come and find out why Mr. Bear no longer has a long furry tail, and what happened to it. Then follow up the show with making your own puppets of fox and bear.
February is “Love Your Library” month and kids can make a heart and tell us why they love the library.Color! Write! Cut! Create! Fill up the bulletin board with heartfelt good things about your library!
