Mysteries abound.

Have you ever heard the phrase “curiosity killed the cat”? There is a second part “satisfaction brought it back”. Well, why not satisfy some of that curiosity? Here at the Orland Library we have books on the greatest mysteries of all time. Yesterday was the beginning of summer and you may have seen people gathered at Stonehenge for the summer solstice. Stonehenge is one of the great mysteries of all time, with several theories, but no one really knows how it came about. Here’s a very cool picture:

How about the Great Pyramids and the Sphinx? These things will probably never be answered, but it is so cool to be able to really go in depth with books on these subjects…Is there really a Bermuda Triangle? Do you believe in the Loch Ness Monster? Is there a Bigfoot or Yeti? You decide. Come on in to the Orland Library, and check it out!
