The Library receives some really great donations from our community- and not all of them are books! Check out these neat images of Orland landmarks and vintage library signs now on display at the Library. I believe the vintage tin signs were found in the Sharpsteen family barn (Tom Sharpsteen and the Orlandos were the featured entertainment for decades of Friends of the Library Ice cream Social fundraisers). If you know anything about where the other pictures come from please let us know in the comments.

Question about the source of the Orland pictures to the left of the metal library signs. Creative Composition, when over on Seventh and Walker, had these images for sale as post cards. Mark Hendry would be a good one to contact about these images. –Gene Russell
