Gentle Yoga with Repose Yoga Center

We warmly invite you to join us for a gentle yoga class provided by Repose Yoga Center. This all-abilities yoga class is great for people who would like to learn more about yoga poses and breath practices that can promote calmness in the body and mind.

This 45 minute class will take place outdoors (weather permitting), but we will gather first in the Orland Library Community Room. Please arrive 15 minutes early if possible. Wear comfortable clothing and please bring a towel or a yoga mat, extra mats will be available if needed.
