Look at all of these wonderful, new children’s books purchased with a $1,000 Barceloux-Tibessart Foundation grant! Thank you to the Foundation for helping us to promote reading and literacy to kids and families in Glenn County 🥰💖
From the website: “Leo Theodore Barceloux & Fern Tibessart Barceloux were dedicated to the improvement of the Orland community, funding scholarships at the local schools and community colleges. As their commitment to the community, they founded the Barceloux-Tibessart Foundation. This foundation has now funded over 30 non-profit organizations in the community of Orland, California.”
